* PAYMENT PROCESS:
-Customers pay by COD. Check the goods before paying. In addition, the company does not accept other forms of payment.
*PRODUCT WARRANTY:
-You can return the product with the condition that the stamp is still intact within 03 days from the successful receipt of the goods.
* OBLIGATIONS OF SELLER & BUYER :
Seller's obligations:
- Consult and guide all specific information related to products/services for Buyer to understand and use.
- Provide the products/goods to the Buyer on time and in the agreed quantity after the Buyer has paid the Seller in full.
- Solving questions and difficulties in the process of using the product.
- Provide documents and documents related to the Buyer's payment to the Seller such as invoices, purchase vouchers, receipts... with the
total amount that the Buyer has placed in the requested month.
Buyer Obligations:
- Strictly comply with the regulations and procedures related to the service prescribed by the Seller.
- Pay in full to the Seller the amount according to the order together with the invoices and documents as prescribed (If any).
- Support and provide full information to the Seller related to the transactions when the Seller requests.
